한국의약품안전관리원(KIDS)은 2021년 9월 8일~10일, 3일간 규제당국자들을 대상으로 ‘2021 KIDS-APEC 약물감시 전문교육기관 훈련’을 온라인으로 실시할 예정입니다.

KIDS은 APEC 규제조화운영위원회(RHSC)가 제시하는 전문교육훈련기관(Center of Excellence, CoE)의 요건을 인정받아, 2016년 약물감시 전문교육 시범운영 후 2017년 정식 약물감시 전문교육기관으로 선정되었으며, 이후 매년 동 교육을 실시하고 있습니다.

본 교육은 아시아·태평양지역 국가 내 규제 조화를 이루고 규제당국자들의 전문성을 강화하기 위한 것으로, 참여 요건은 의약품 분야에서 최소 3년(약물감시 분야 최소 1년 포함)의 근무 경력이 있는 규제당국자입니다.

교육의 주요 내용은 ○부작용 보고 및 수집 ○부작용 분석 및 평가 ○의사결정 및 리스크 커뮤니케이션입니다. 교육 등록 방법은 6월 28일부터 7월 26일까지 KIDS-APEC PV CoE 웹사이트(https://kidscoe.drugsafe.or.kr/) “Registration” 메뉴에서 온라인 신청서를 제출해 주시면 됩니다.

해당 교육은 규제당국자를 위한 교육으로, 업체 및 학계 등의 기타 소속 관계자 분들의 참석이 불가함을 양해 부탁 드립니다. 다만, 작년 2020 프로그램의 강연 동영상을 KIDS-APEC PV CoE 웹사이트 "Archives" 메뉴에서 무료로 배포하고 있습니다. 감사합니다.

The Korea Institute of Drug Safety and Risk Management (KIDS) will conduct ‘2021 KIDS-APEC Pharmacovigilance Center of Excellence (CoE) Training’ which will be held online from September 8th to 10th.

KIDS was endorsed by the APEC Regulatory Harmonization Steering Committee (RHSC) to conduct the APEC Pharmacovigilance CoE Pilot Program in 2016 and was designated as a formal CoE host institution in 2017. After the designation, KIDS continues to conduct the program every year.

The purpose of this training is to support harmonization and build capacity within the APEC region. The training is for regulators who have worked in the pharmaceuticals field for more than three years (including at least one year in pharmacovigilance).

Key topics include ○Adverse Event (AE) Reporting and Collecting ○AE Analysis and Evaluation ○Decision Making, Safety Measures and Risk Communication.
