한국의약품안전관리원은 2019년 9월 4일~5일 양일간 베스트 웨스턴 프리미어 서울가든호텔(서울시 마포구 소재)에서 APEC 규제당국자 대상 약물감시 전문교육을 실시할 예정입니다. 의약품안전원은 APEC 규제조화운영위원회(RHSC)가 제시하는 전문교육훈련기관(Center of Excellence, CoE)의 요건을 인정받아, 2016년 약물감시 전문교육 시범운영 후 2017년 정식 약물감시 전문교육기관으로 선정되었으며, 이후 매년 동 교육을 실시하게 되었습니다. 본 교육은 아시아·태평양지역 국가내 규제 조화를 이루고 규제당국자들의 전문성을 강화하기 위한 것으로, 참여 요건은 의약품 분야 3년 이상 근무(약물감시 분야 최소 1년 이상) 경력이 있는 규제당국자입니다. 교육의 주요 내용은 ○부작용 보고 및 수집 ○부작용 분석 및 평가 ○의사결정 및 리스크 커뮤니케이션으로 구성되었으며, 접수는 6월 17일부터 7월 14일까지 이메일(kids_coe@drugsafe.or.kr)로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 교육은 규제당국자를 위한 교육으로, 업체 및 학계 등의 기타 소속 관계자분들의 참석이 불가함을 양해 부탁드립니다. 다만, 작년 2018 프로그램의 강연 동영상을 무료로 배포하고 있으므로 아래의 링크를 참고 바랍니다. http://www.nifds.go.kr/apec/content/view.do?contentKey=363&menuKey=336 감사합니다. The Korea Institute of Drug Safety and Risk Management (KIDS) will conduct 2019 KIDS-APEC Pharmacovigilance Center of Excellence (CoE) Training from September 4th to 5th at the Best Western Premier Seoul Garden Hotel located in Mapo-gu, Seoul. KIDS was endorsed by the APEC Regulatory Harmonization Steering Committee(RHSC) to conduct the APEC Pharmacovigilance CoE Pilot Program in 2016, and was designated as the formal host institution in 2017. After the designation, KIDS continues to conduct the program every year. The purpose of this training is to support harmonization and capacity building within the APEC region, the requirement for participation is regulators who have worked for more than three years in pharmaceuticals fields (at least one year in pharmacovigilance). The key topics include ○Adverse Event(AE) Reporting and Collecting ○Adverse Event(AE) Analysis and Evaluation ○Decision Making, Safety Measures and Risk Communication.
